In case of cancellation of your reservation in accordance with the provisions of article 88 of the decree-law n. 18 of 2020 and article 28 of decree-law no. 9 of 2020, the deposit will be converted into a voucher which can be used within 12 months of issue. Contact us on our email info@lamoretina.it and we will provide you with the voucher for the amount equal to the deposit you paid.
